Blankets are designed for the insulation of commercial, industrial, institutional and

Types of Vapour Barrier
When required, vapour barriers can be either adhered or rolled-in loosely with APIC
BUILDING BLANKETS. Recommended vapour barrier is the Roll Skrim Kraft (FSK),
a lightweight single-sided, fire-rated aluminium foil bonded by polyethelyene to a heavy
duty Draft laminating paper with glass fibre reinforcements.

Roxul Rockwool products are made from basalt, a volcanic stone. Roxul Rockwool products are
non-combustible with a melting point of approximately 1000°C. Roxul Rockwool products are particularly
suitable for thermal insulation, fire protection and sound reduction/absorption.

Roxul MPS (Multi Purpose Slab) is manufactured in a wide variety of thicknesses and densities to suit most
requirements, suitable for general application in residential, commercial and industrial buildings.
